Privacy Policy

What changed on August 17, 2026: this policy previously said we discarded prospect text and generated messages immediately. That is no longer accurate — PitchPersona now saves your analyses and generated outreach to your account so you can return to them, and sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 have been corrected to describe what we actually do, including the full list of service providers. You can request deletion at any time (section 6).
1. Information We Collect
We collect what's needed to run the service: your account email and name (via Google sign-in or email sign-up), your usage counts, and the prospect information you choose to analyse — the LinkedIn profile text you paste or capture, and any CSV you import. We store your analyses and the outreach generated from them so you can return to them later.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data only to provide the service: running your account, applying plan limits, and producing the analyses and outreach you ask for. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising or ad-targeting. We do share it with the service providers listed in section 5, strictly so they can perform those functions for us.
3. Data Storage
Account data, your saved analyses (including the profile text they were generated from) and your generated outreach are stored in Supabase with row-level security, so no other account can read them. Analyses are retained until you ask us to delete them. API keys you connect for third-party tools are encrypted at rest.
4. Cookies
We use minimal session cookies required for Google OAuth authentication only. No advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Google and Supabase for sign-in and storage, OpenRouter for AI generation, Serper and Firecrawl for company research, Railway for hosting, and Dodo Payments for billing. If you connect them yourself, Hunter.io and Smartlead receive data only when you explicitly trigger those actions. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@pitchpersona.app. We will process deletion requests within 7 days.
