You agree to use PitchPersona only for lawful outreach purposes. You must not use the service to generate spam, harassing messages, or content that violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content.
4. Free Tier and Paid Plans
Free users receive 5 generations. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you input. Generated outputs are provided for your personal business use.
6. Disclaimer
PitchPersona is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific reply rates or business outcomes. AI-generated content should be reviewed before sending.
7. Limitation of Liability
PitchPersona's liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email.
